What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, suburb, and anything you write in the message, including any room notes you carried over from the Talk It Through tool. If you choose to include your email, we receive that too. We don't ask for more than the enquiry needs.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: responding to your enquiry and arranging the free measure and quote you asked about. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request; that's how the measure reaches your door, and it's the only routine sharing we do.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
- We don't collect payment information; nothing on this site takes money.
The Talk It Through tool
Notes you keep in Talk It Through are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to us, unless you choose "book a free measure with these notes", in which case the note text is placed into your enquiry message where you can read and edit it before sending.
Basic technical data
Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We use these to operate the site, not to profile you.
Access and questions
If you'd like the details you sent us corrected or deleted, use the enquiry form and say so; we'll act on it and confirm.
